about the image: In 1996, i was honoured to be contacted by Amnesty International to create a multi-coloured shirt design for their International Trade Union Program.

Including the Amnesty "candle" logo as the the central focus with it's radiating "light" shining outwards towards & encompassing the outer interlocking multicultural figures in unity.

In the detail in the screenprinting process shows the look of traditional cross-stitch embroidery to further the theme of all voices joining together as the "common threads" of solidarity.
